Welcome User!

Use this webapplication to plan citywide event and visualize traffic congestions:

Choose either the "SCENARIOS" or "INFORMATION" panel to start!

Scenarios:

• Using slider select "Month" and "Weekday".
• You can also choose special filter method from the dropdown menue.
• Viola! the map is ready.
• Use the "Hour" slider on bottom right to visualize the jams per hour.
• Hover over the fishnet gridcells to get hourly information as filtered.

Information:

• Using pointer SELECT any gridcell.
• Check the neighborhood of location you'd like to use for the your event.
• Get average hourly jam lengths in the past.
• And also average hourly jam lengths for any given day.

Other interactions:

• Click on 3-dotted icon on the sidebar to collapse it for full screen map

This application uses uses jam length data from the congestion prediction algorithm. Hit on either "About" or "Algorithm" to read more.
